There are lots of desserts made by pistachios due to they are either delicious and give a pleasant taste to the foods. Despite of being delicious, they contain lots of antioxidants and nutrients so it is a delicious and fortifying snack.

Here are introduced some desserts based on pistachios.

1.The first dessert is Tiramisu which is Italian dessert and it made of pistachio, milk, cream, sugar, mascarpone, and egg.

2. The next dessert is Iranian one which is called carrot Halwa and it made of carrot, pistachio, water, flour, saffron, oil, butter, sugar, cardamom powder, and Rose water.

3. Another Iranian dessert is Baklava which is tasty and popular in Iran. Its ingredients are pistachio, rose water, flour, backing powder, milk, saffron, oil, cardamom powder, sugar, yolk, and almond powder.

4. There is another Baklava that is called Turkish baklava which is made of pistachio, butter, phyllo dough, and syrup which is a combination of water, lemon and sugar.

5. Indian Kheer pudding which is made of pistachios, milk, cream, saffron, brown sugar, Rose water, mango, cardamom, almond, raisins, and basmati rice.

6. Honey cup cakes are Indian delicious desserts which are made of honey, pistachios, sugar, milk, sour cream, salt,  unsalted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, and lavender.

7. Lemon and olive oil Bizcocho is a Spanish dessert which is made of flour, nuts, pistachio, salt,  granulated sugar, baking powder, lemons, eggs, yogurt, olive oil, and for topping you should use brown sugar, milk, honey, and pistachios.

8. Sweet milk is the name of traditional Afghan dessert which is made of milk powder, sugar, water, pistachios, cardamom powder, walnut, and rose water.

9.Pistachio Dacquise is a French dessert which is made of white sugar, egg white, pistachio, cream of Tartar, salt, sugar, cake flour, and for butter cream you should use white sugar, egg yolk, vanilla, pistachio, butter and water.

10. The last dessert is from Mexico and its name is strawberry pistachio Flan which is made of caramel, sugar, egg, pistachio, cream cheese, Mexican vanilla extract, milk and strawberries.
